On September 14th, 2022, the student at the Polytechnic School of Caceres, Adrián Corrales Payeras, defended his Final Degree Project.
In this work he studied, for the case of the city of Caceres, what are the intentions of the use of travel applications and their mobility preferences.
The results were based on the 1263 responses obtained through a survey conducted in the city of Caceres and its adjacent towns.
As the most noteworthy results, it can be mentioned that 81% of the respondents consider it very likely to use the future U-MOVE app as a daily transportation application. In addition, almost 55% of those surveyed believe that they would use public transport more thanks to the future app and 64% would use more sustainable modes of transport.

DEFENSA DEL TRABAJO FIN DE GRADO “DISEÑO DE APLICACIONES MÓVILES PARA REDUCIR EL USO DEL COCHE EN CIUDADES DE TAMAÑO PEQUEÑO”
El 14 de septiembre de 2022 el alumno de la Escuela Politécnica de Cáceres, Adrián Corrales Payeras, defendió su Trabajo Fin de Grado.
En este trabajo se estudió, para el caso de la ciudad de Cáceres, cuáles son las intenciones en uso de las aplicaciones de viaje y sus preferencias de movilidad.
Los resultados se han basado en las 1263 respuestas obtenidas mediante una encuesta que se ha realizado en Cáceres capital y en sus pueblos adyacentes.
Como resultados más destacables, se puede mencionar que el 81% de los encuestados consideran muy probable el uso de la futura app U-MOVE como aplicación de transporte cotidiano. Además, casi un 55% de los encuestados cree que utilizaría más el transporte público gracias a la futura app y un 64% emplearía modos de transporte más sostenibles.
